Beware, Princess Elizabeth: Carolyn Meyer
It had been the next morning after Edward's coronation. Elizabeth has been invited by her father's widow, Dowager Queen Catherine, at Chelsea Palace in London. Elizabeth agreed to come and live with her in London where she had realized it was noisy and dirty unlike her quiet country home at Hatfield. But when she had arrived at the Chelsea Palace, she had felt comfortable and she said it "was as warm as one could wish for." I'm starting to think that she will have a greater chance now of becoming a queen by living with her stepmother, who is a queen now.
